Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation & refund structure is designed to be fair to both travellers and our partner hotels/ferry operators.
Cancellation Charges
- 30+ days before travel: 10% of total package cost.
- 15–29 days before travel: 25% of total package cost.
- 7–14 days before travel: 50% of total package cost.
- Less than 7 days / no-show: 100% — no refund.
Refund Process
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing (WhatsApp or email).
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
- Bank/payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Force Majeure
In case of natural calamity, government restrictions, ferry/airline cancellations or any event beyond our reasonable control, we will offer rescheduling at no extra cost or a refund minus actual non-refundable expenses paid to hotels & partners.
Flight Tickets
Airline tickets booked through us are subject to the respective airline's cancellation rules and are not covered by this policy.
