1. Acceptance
By using www.andamantravelcare.in or booking a tour with Andaman Travelcare, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
- All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
- Hotel categories shown are indicative; equivalent properties may be substituted with prior intimation.
3. Payment Terms
- Advance: 30% at the time of booking.
- Balance: 100% at least 15 days prior to travel date.
- Accepted modes: UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, NEFT/RTGS.
4. Liability
Andaman Travelcare acts as a booking agent for hotels, ferries, and transport providers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by weather, government restrictions, ferry/airline operations, or events beyond our reasonable control.
5. Traveller Responsibility
- Carry valid government photo ID for ferries and hotels.
- Foreign nationals must carry passport & RAP permit.
- Follow safety guidelines during water sports & scuba activities.
6. Changes to Itinerary
Itineraries may change due to weather, ferry schedules, or local conditions. We will provide the best possible alternative without compromising overall quality.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
